Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Paddle handles payment collection, applicable sales tax/VAT, and related compliance obligations for each order. By purchasing, you also agree to Paddle's buyer terms.
Delivery timelines are stated on each service page (for example, 3 days for a Basic website package, or 12 days for a Premium custom website). Timelines begin once we receive a complete project brief from you. Delays in providing requested information may extend delivery times.
Each package includes a stated number of revision rounds, ranging from a single revision on entry-level packages up to unlimited revisions within a 14-day window on our top website tier. Requests beyond the included revisions may incur an additional fee, quoted before work begins.
Upon full payment, you receive ownership of the final delivered files for website design, graphics design, and CV design services (for example, source code, design files, and finished documents). Digital courses and guides are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only; you may not resell, redistribute, or publicly share course materials.
You agree not to use our Services for any unlawful purpose, to misrepresent your identity, or to request deliverables intended to deceive third parties (for example, fraudulent credentials or fabricated business information).
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Orynza Global LLC's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our Services is limited to the amount you paid for the Service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may decline or cancel an order at our discretion — for example, if a request is unlawful or outside the scope of our Services — in which case any payment received for undelivered work will be refunded in accordance with our Refund Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
